職責描述： 1、負責建筑項目的概念設(shè)計和方案設(shè)計工作，對方案設(shè)計的全過程進行把控，并解決相關(guān)技術(shù)問題； 2、組織項目團隊完成設(shè)計工作，對設(shè)計成果負責； 3、與客戶協(xié)調(diào)溝通，了解客戶意圖并指導(dǎo)方案設(shè)計； 4、與其他各專業(yè)溝通配合，進行方案深化設(shè)計； 5、完成上級交代的其他工作。 Job Description: 1. Complete other tasks assigned by superiors. 任職要求：（必須會用犀牛） 1、國內(nèi)外知名大學(xué)建筑學(xué)專業(yè)全日制本科及以上學(xué)歷 ； 2、英語流利； 3、豐富的海外建筑設(shè)計實踐經(jīng)驗，熟悉SU、PS、CAD、Rhino、Lumion等設(shè)計軟件的應(yīng)用； 4、優(yōu)秀的概念方案設(shè)計能力，熟悉項目概念方案設(shè)計 、方案設(shè)計、初步設(shè)計等各個階段的工作流程以及圖紙要求； 5、具有獨到的創(chuàng)作理念及創(chuàng)新意識和較強的專業(yè)知識，能夠高效高質(zhì)完成分配工作； 6、熱愛設(shè)計，富有激情，具有獨立工作能力及團隊合作精神 ； 7、優(yōu)秀的溝通表達能力，身體健康、能承受一定的工作壓力。 Job requirements: (Must be able to use rhinoceros) 1. Graduated from a well-known university in architecture both domestically and internationally, with a full-time undergraduate degree or above; 2. Fluent in English; 3. Rich experience in overseas architectural design practice, familiar with the application of design software such as SU, PS, CAD, Rhino, Lumion, etc; 4. Excellent conceptual design ability, familiar with the workflow and drawing requirements of various stages of project conceptual design, scheme design, preliminary design, etc; 5. Having unique creative concepts, innovative consciousness, and strong professional knowledge, able to efficiently and high-quality complete assigned tasks; 6.
